Bob Feagins

Project Manager

Feagins brings more than three decades of experience in communications, development and event planning to CI/CM. He rejoined CI/CM in 2025 after more than 25 years with the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, where he served in senior leadership roles, including chief communications and development officer. There, he led the organization’s fundraising, communications, media relations, membership and special events programs, raised millions of dollars through campaigns, sponsorships and membership initiatives, and served as a primary liaison to regional media and the business community. Earlier in his career, Feagins served as client services director at CI.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Emory & Henry University and a master’s degree in mass communications from the University of Florida.
